The Star Cairns, a published TSR module by Sean K Reynolds. This excellent module with its many plot hooks and connections with other locations in the World of Greyhawk would become the centrepiece of the ongoing campaign for the games where I was the DM.
Although this is part 4 of our Star Cairns campaign, it is actually mostly concerned with the exploration of the 5th (Planar) Star Cairn. It gives the party enough to continue in the campaign deciding to move on to The Doomgrinder adventure instead of the last Cairn. The last Cairn would have to wait patiently until 2003 to be explored.
